What are credits and how do I earn them?
Credits are the virtual currency used on Share&Take. You earn credits by uploading PSD files to the marketplace. When other users purchase your files, you earn credits based on the price you set. You can also buy credits in the Store.
How do I use credits to purchase files?
Credits are automatically deducted from your account when you purchase PSD files from the marketplace. Simply browse the marketplace, find a file you like, and click 'Purchase'. The cost will be deducted from your credit balance instantly.
Can I set the price for my uploaded files?
Yes! When uploading a PSD file, you can set the price in credits (or make it free). Free files can be downloaded by anyone, while paid files require credits to purchase. Choose the pricing strategy that works best for your designs.
What happens when someone purchases my file?
When someone purchases your PSD file, you earn 70% of the credits from the sale. For example, if you sell a file for 10 credits, you'll receive 7 credits. The remaining 30% helps maintain and improve the platform. Credits are added to your account immediately, and you can track your earnings on the Transactions page. You also gain experience points which increase your level.
How does the level system work?
You earn experience points (XP) by uploading files, making purchases, and being active on the platform. As you gain XP, your level increases. Higher levels unlock special badges and show your activity to the community. Check your progress on the Levels page.
Do my credits expire?
No, your credits never expire! You can accumulate credits and use them whenever you want, at your own pace. There's no rush to spend them, so feel free to build up your balance over time.
Can I track my transaction history?
Yes! Visit the Transactions page to see a complete history of all your credit transactions. You can see when you earned credits from sales, when you purchased files, and when you bought credits from the Store.
What file formats are supported?
Currently, Share&Take focuses on PSD (Photoshop) files. Files are compressed into ZIP format before upload to ensure faster downloads and better storage efficiency. Each download includes your PSD file and a README with instructions.
